Jakarta,15 Dec 2025 – The long-running dispute between owners, residents, and the former management of Gading Resort Apartment has finally been resolved. The General Assembly of Members (Musyawarah Umum Anggota, MUA) of the Association of Owners and Residents of Flat Units (P3SRS) at Gading Resort Residence – held at the apartment complex in Jakarta on Friday, 13 December 2025 – appointed a new board of directors and supervisors for the 2025–2028 term, following a process marked by initial dynamics and delays.
The meeting was declared valid despite failing to meet the 50% quorum requirement, in accordance with Article 51 Paragraph (5) of the Minister of Public Works and Housing Regulation No. 4 of 2025 – which allows a second meeting to make decisions even without full quorum. A total of 711 unit owners attended, representing a Proportional Comparison Value (NPP) of 20.741%.
Laurencia chaired the assembly as Head of the Meeting Committee, supported by Lisa Anttan as secretary and Sany as treasurer. The entire process on 13 December was witnessed and documented by Notary Dewi Sugina Mulyani, S.H., as well as representatives from local government and relevant institutions as observers.
Before proceeding to the election, participants first voted to approve the meeting’s rules of procedure. The majority agreed to the proposed rules, allowing the assembly to move forward to the next stage.
The next step involved open verification of candidate board members and supervisors, including checking compliance with administrative obligations such as payment of Environmental Management Fees (IPL). Only one candidate slate met all requirements, so it was formally appointed to lead the P3SRS for the next three years.
The newly elected board members are:
– Chairman: Leonard Hastabrata
– Secretary: Bhavest Nawani
– Treasurer: Theodorus Wisnu Widia
– Department Members: Steve, Billy Naunisn, Iskandar Kariadjaja, Elly Sabda Arista, Nizmah Supandi
To conclude the 13 December gathering in Jakarta, the new board read and signed an Integrity Pact, committing to manage the apartment complex transparently and accountably, with a focus on the interests of owners and residents. When asked by attending journalists, Leonard and Bhavest outlined their priority 100-day work program:
1. Review all systems, from operations to finance
2. Develop a roadmap for financial efficiency and faster work implementation
3. Introduce themselves and the team to all internal and external stakeholders
4. Create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure achievement of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year targets
The 13 December MUA in Jakarta is expected to mark a new beginning for consolidation and improved governance at Gading Resort Residence.
